PARADISE Live Action and Animated Music Video
This music video was directed, produced and created by myself as a solo graduation project during my study at SAE Dubai. As a one man (or woman) army, I played quite a few roles in executing this project, some of which were completely new to me. The overall video was also edited by myself and the final graduation project which can be viewed here.
SEE U IN WONDERLAND VR Film
This VR animated film project won the nomination for Best Studio Project at SAE. Trying out something totally new with the intention of creating an immersive experience for the viewer was a challenge my team and I were yearning to take. Quite pleased with how it turned out and even more pleased that it is doing well on YouTube with currently 75k+ views.

SPIN OFF short VFX film
Quarantine was one of the most challenging time periods, especially when a large scale project like this was set to run. Nonetheless, with the limited resources and time frame we had, my team and I were able to pull off an alternative version of this story, indoors.
In terms of editing, I worked on the title sequences, overall editing, colour correction and grading for this film apart from the CG, VFX and 3D work :)

Video Presentation with Motion Graphics, video footage, and voiceover editing
This was a video presentation for a dialectical inquiry project that required us to discuss research on specific topics in relation to a cultural lens. My topic was Fans and Fandoms and chosen lens being Post-structural. Therefore, as a big kpop and k-culture fan myself, I decided to take on the topic of discussing the toxicity of Kpop Fans & Fandoms from a post structural lens.
It involved quite a lot of editing and types of edits such as motion graphics, video overlays, voiceovers, 3D animations, and more. I primarily used After Effects as it allowed me to create this desired result most efficiently.
The Beauty of Horror
This was, so far, the BEST group project I worked on (especially to be able to execute this during quarantine ^_^).
Although my acting skills weren't the best, I'm happy with how my overall concept idea was executed. Brief of the project idea: we had to create anything (yes, literally anything) on one of the 12 weekly topics of the unit, once again from a cultural lens. This time we chose to work on the Aesthetics of Mediated Violence in Horror Films - what makes a Horror film ... beautiful ^o^
In a group of 4, we came together and chose 4 completely different "types" of horror films: IT, A Quiet Place, Bird Box and The Autopsy of Jane Doe as our films of focus. While brainstorming ideas, I came up with a fusion that could allow us to reenact our chosen films in one creatively derived plot, with context to the plot lines, of course. If you watch the entire project you will see how the 4 of us dressed up as characters from our film on a zoom call as the plot unfolded, one film at a time. Towards the end, we see how the young girl (played by me) excitedly opens her blindfold with the thought of pizza coming out of the microwave, while Evelyn Abbott screams impulsively and dramatically dies, while Pennywise (the mastermind of this crime scene) serves his purpose and leaves, and the floating bag....? Guess John doe dies as well, lol
I worked on this project as the script writer, director, co-editor and vfx editor. It was super fun and exciting to put together, and I'm pretty happy with the final outcome :D Let me know what you think!
